(Trending Gist) Landlord Evicts Super Eagles Star, Ifeanyi Udeze from Festac home.

According to Daylight Sports, report has it that former Super Eagles defender, Ifeanyi Udeze has been evicted from his Fectac home.  In recent years, the former West Bromwich Albion and PAOK Salonica captain has been bugged by various allegations of debts, drinking, fighting  and gambling.

The latest of this negative gist is that he and his family have been evicted from his 711 Road, Festac Town duplex  in Lagos by his landlord over years of accumulated unpaid rent.

A source close to Udeze squealed to Daylight Sports that prior to his eviction, the ex Golden Eaglets defender who holds the chieftaincy title “Okwute na eshi mmiri of Umu Obum’’, in Orlu Imo State has been having a running battle with his landlord over unpaid rent with erstwhile Super Eagles captain Joseph Yobo and Yakubu Aiyegbeni occasionally bailing him out.

According to our reliable source, his landlord had threatened to send him packing from the house if he fails to fulfil his financial obligations by offsetting his mounting debts running into millions of naira. The angry landlord finally made good his threat some couple of weeks ago.

All efforts to get Udeze who we also learnt has just moved to his late father-in-law’s house on Chidi street, Awodi-ora Estate in Ajegunle, Lagos proved abortive as all his phone numbers were said to be switched off.
