Nigerian Auto Dealer, Obi Okeke buys Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Bugatti for $2.5m

Nigerian Auto Dealer, Obi Okeke buys Arnold Schwarzenegger?s Bugatti for $2.5mAs news revealed, Arnold Schwarzenegger has sold his Bugatti Veyron for $2.5 million. The action movie star and former governor of California only had about 1,000 miles on the 2015 Bugatti, which can go from zero to 60 in 2.5 seconds.
Schwarzenegger, 70, reportedly sold the car to California luxury auto dealer Obi Okeke, who plans on eventually reselling it. The founder of Fusion Luxury Motors in North Los Angeles, according to the Business Insider, Okeke is best known for being the “go-to” luxury auto dealer for boxing superstar Floyd Mayweather.

“When you’re in the business for as long as I’ve been, you meet a lot of people. When I came here, people knew about me. I’ve been very fortunate to build a deep client database for finding cars”  Okeke said to the Business Insider in 2015.

Mayweather had purchased at least 40 cars from Okeke, including Koenigsegg CCXR Triveta from Okeke for $4.8 million, the Business Insider said in 2015. Cameras reportedly caught Schwarzenegger strolling down the street in Los Angeles on Monday after the car deal went down, according to London’s Daily Mail.

Iwobi suffers defeat at Swansea

Iwobi Struggles As Swansea Shock Arsenal, West Ham Hold Crystal PalacePetr Cech’s howler rocked Arsenal as they crashed to a shock 3-1 defeat at Swansea, while Liverpool cruised to victory over Huddersfield on Tuesday.

Arsenal goalkeeper Cech’s miscued attempt to clear allowed Jordan Ayew to slot home Swansea’s second goal at the Liberty Stadium.

It was the killer blow for Arsenal, who had already seen Sam Clucas equalise just one minute after Nacho Monreal put the visitors ahead from Mesut Ozil’s pass in the 33rd minute.

Clucas claimed his second four minutes from time to finish off Arsenal, who have now won just once in their last five league games.

The result leaves Gunners manager Arsene Wenger still searching for his first away win of 2018, despite a second-half debut for substitute Henrikh Mkhitaryan following his move from Manchester United.

The Gunners are in sixth place, trailing eight points behind fourth-placed Liverpool in the race to qualify for the Champions League via a top-four finish.

The arrival of Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, set to sign on Wednesday’s transfer deadline day, can’t come soon enough for Wenger.

“We will know more about that tomorrow morning,” Wenger said of the Aubameyang move.

“I felt defensively we were very poor and made big mistakes. It’s better not to talk about the second or third goals.

“Swansea were sharp, disciplined and hungry. Unfortunately I believe we were not good enough, we were not disciplined enough.”

The result also completes remarkable back-to-back victories for Swansea over Liverpool and now Arsenal.

They are out of the relegation zone and have transformed their season with three wins in five league games under new boss Carlos Carvalhal.

At the John Smith’s Stadium, Liverpool got back on track in emphatic fashion thanks to goals from Emre Can, Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah in a 3-0 win.

The Reds had endured frustrating defeats against Swansea in the league and West Brom in the FA Cup.

But Jurgen Klopp’s men dominated possession and from the moment Emre Can rocketed home a long-range opener in the 26th minute the result was never in doubt.

Firmino extended Liverpool’s lead on the stroke of half-time when he somehow squeezed the ball home from the byline after being played in by a clever Sadio Mane back-heel.

Klopp had left Dutch defender Virgil van Dijk on the bench, but the absence of the club-record signing was hardly noticed as the Reds continued in cruise control.

Introduce yourself to us

My name is Emmanuel Kalu, popularly known as E Marshal, I’m an artiste signed unto Destic World Entertainment based here in Lagos. I started my music career in Aba, Abia State, I later moved to Abuja and was later called to come over to Lagos.

How long have you been singing?

I have been singing for about 6 years now because my first recording was in 2011 in Aba, Abia State.

How has the journey been so far?

The journey so far has been a bit rough, but the most important thing is that we have been moving forward gradually.

Tell us little about your record label

Destic World Entertainment is an entertainment company, we are into everything that entertainment with office at Lekki. We shoot music videos, rent out cameras and other equipments for events and many other things.

Can you tell us little about your back ground?

Well I’m a boy that came from a very low back ground, I was nobody but God through his grace and music is making me somebody because as it is today people are getting to know who E marshal is and so I no longer see myself as nobody.

Your record label seems to be doing well for you as they get you to feature a big artiste, Harrysong, how did you get them to sign you?

I met my record label through my manager Obi Wilson, he introduced me to Destic World Entertainment, before then I was in Abuja but he called me to down here from there he got me signed to the record label.

Like how many songs did you have in your name before you got signed to your record label?

Well officially I have not dropped any song before I got signed but I can boldly tell you that right there in Aba where I started from I was well known, I was very popular there because I was also doing stuffs there though I have not officially released any track but I was well known and respected as an artiste.

In your first official single you featured Harrysong, how did you do that because a host other artistes will wish to be like you?

Actually that was not my first single, my first official single was titled One Call and the video was shut right here in Lagos, Banana Island to be précised. This particular song which featured Harrysong is my second song. I think the credit of me featuring Harrysong must go to my management team and record label because they made all the moves and arrangement that made it possible.

What are the challenges you have encountered getting to this level of your career?

Honestly the journey so have been tough and rough but at the same time we have been moving forward gradually because the hustle is real in this industry, it’s more like a jungle where it is the survival of the fittest. For example because you are not that known like artistes like Wizkid or Davido some people will want to trample on you, it has happened to me on several occasions. Number one is that you won’t be recognized and at the same time some people will want to frustrate you, not that they don’t know or ever heard of you but they just want to deliberately  suppress  you and make you feel like you are nothing. Take for example one I  was invited and confirmed for that event but missed the opportunity of performing because of this same issue. On getting there the bouncers were like ‘who is this one, go back go back’ and stuffs like that, then we started calling the organizers of the event and in that kind of an event the organizers are always busy, so at the end of the day I ended up not performing because of the actions of some people, that is after standing outside for about 4 hours, it was so frustrating.

The profession you are in has a lot to do with girls, how do you cope with them?

Girls will always be around because they are part of this business, they are a very critical part of this industry but for me no girl at the moment because I really don’t want anything that will distract me from my music career now. Girls are all over the place but it takes wisdom to not allow them to distract you.

What do you have to say to other upcoming artistes like you who have not gotten the same opportunity as you?

This journey is not an easy journey but I must be sincere to you, I held on to God to this stage, I have been doing a lot, I pray a lot, me and my manager we pray like our whole lives depended on it and that is how it’s supposed to be any way. So I have come to understand that it’s not all about knowing how to sing or having a good content, No, it’s grace and grace can only come from God. God showeth mercy to whom he wants to show mercy to. So my only advise to any upcoming artiste out there looking for opportunity is to hold on to God. That is the number thing, another one is how loyal and associating you are. So simply put, hold on to God and be loyal.

What actually motivated you to go into music?

Actually I started out as a dancer when was very little like 5 years old. It all started when I go to an event with uncle and if I dance people will give me money from there I started going for dancing competition and people will spray me money and I will go home with a lot of money then, from there I started writing songs for my cousin and some other people and at the same time I was also in my church music group, so from there I was like since I can do this let me go into it fully. So it’s not like I just woke up one morning and started singing, I started with dancing, writing songs for other people before venturing into music.
